Forgive me if this is the wrong spot for this question, and move it where it goes if it is not, but ..............
What is the best way to carry over furs that will not be sold? ( Not ready for pick up)
Flesh and freeze, put up and then freeze or what?

IMHO Tommy Skin them and roll them up fur out nice and tight and place in 3 to 4 Plastic bags then freeze

Yep what mark said. Air is your enemy so the tighter the better. If it is a leather out critter you will see bad freezer burn and they will turn wrinkley if you put them up first. Fur out critters is a horse a piece imo.
