It's been awhile , but there was a chest wader thread -- been looking thru the boards and can not find it--Ordered a pair of USIA waders , after going thru at least 1 pair every year I thought it was time to order --guess it was the boss I talked to this AM [like a 3hr time difference] took awhile more before one of the ladies called back to make sure the order was right .. these waders are suspost to be just short of bullet proof - guess they don't know me -anybody that has a pair just jump right in- oh the price is not bad with all the extras they were about the same price I have been paying .. if there worth buying I will post on my feelings -D-

Ya Mud , cost me about 400.00 in the last 2yrs. dang beaver sticks and brush are hard on waders .. the people that put these out make dive suits and even boats for the military , heard about some new stuff I heard they were going to start making waders with but now they can not even talk about it? .. bet I have 40 holes sealed with that goop stuff I got out of MB , gave up and just wore them stocking foot waders inside my Bone Dry waders - least I was dry the last couple weeks of trapping beav. -For Sale 3 pair of slightly used waders-LMAO-- -D-

I bought the Lacrosse Alpha Burly boots this year 2X what the old green USA made ones that were a wader material that are now made in China for a song and now made from some foam material that sucks. The liners in the old ones lasted a long time, these new ones were paper thin layers that came apart right away and bunch up when you take them off and put them on. 2X the cost for imported junk No thanks Lacrosse.
I did pick up some Drake Boots, similar boots from Wing Supply last week on sale $40 shipped will see how they hold up!

D - the waders you just purchased are the same ones I will be ordering mid-summer. I have heard some really good reviews on them. I'm looking forward to having a pair of waders that actually fit! Let me know if there are any options that you don't like or wish you had. Thanks bud! Oh and I heard CDR is now giving lessons on how to be a pro-trapper they are expensive but really good reviews from those who have taken them.

Still waiting ?? they said this last week but they haven't showed [WEEK 5] .. Chris that is another reason I ordered them - the legs in most waders are always 3-4 inches short and a pain walking in -- You know I heard the same thing on CDR quite expensive but just as much as them big name trappers .. guess $1500.00/2 days is about the going rate -- did ya hear he went and checked out that basketball team he was planning on buying with the funds from his upcoming DVDs -TRAPPIN WITH THE PRO CDR-- ? or was that just a rumor? -D-

Week 6 -- when I called last Wednesday they said they were ready to be shipped -still waiting-D- Only took FEDX 6 days to ship them -- as soon as I got them I tried them on - [1] never seen material like their made of. [2] can not believe how light weight they are- takes about 1/2 a day in my boots to wear me out, bet I can go a day in these [3] I wear a size 9 1/2 and the boots are Boggs 10 needed to be a 10 1/2 if I put heavy socks on. [4] Hey they fit !!! I have a 36 inseam and they do not bind!! guess after I put some heavy clothes on they will not be as tall- fitting right to my underarms now.[5] IMO as of right now nice boots- boss said they were just short of bullet proof -time will tell on that, at least there pretty got the brown camo pattern-D-

My mud boots(Knee boots) are BOGGS, So far, the best boot I have had yet. Bought them last year, and they are still taking abuse.I usually get about 3to4 months out Lacrosse,Muck,or Walmart special. I really like these BOGGS.If you foundWaders made with this material, I will have to look into them.

Bob, I have tried about every set of chest waders on the market , the best ones so far that have lasted over 2yrs were the Bone Dry -BUT- them suckers weighed in at about 50lbs and wore this old fart out walkin ... this puppies [USiA'S] don't weigh enough to put on a scale, just hope the last as good as they look .. sorriest pair of hip waders I ever wore was them Lacrosse [last yr.] was leaking when I hit the water and knocked a hole before the day was over-- Ya think with today's technology some wader company could figure out a line of chest/hip waders that are trapper proof- LMAO- or me proof-D-

x2 on the lacrosse D. Mine made it less than a week and leaked like hell. In the boot somewhere none the less. Junked em on the last day of the season. Theyd collect about a quart of water in the boot on a real limited mink check where I barely went in..couldnt imagine if I had to use them up in Vt for the beaver.

Well been wearing them USiA waders for the last 3 days .. hit a few beaver sticks-blackberry and rose bushes and slid under a few barb wire fences and not a dang hole yet .. IMO-these have got to be the best dang waders I have ever wore- super light weight .. when they made them they did the inseam at 37in at least I wear a 36in , first time I think I could walk and take a full stride in a pair .. the only thing I noticed so far is they are NOT summer waders .. 80/90 degree weather and yer going to sweat like it's 120 out- bet ya this old boy don't wear any Carharts this winter with them on .. to the people of USiA thank you well worth the money and the 6 weeks to make/deliver them -- oh there bullet proof I think-D- Y'all think if I did a phone call that they would make a pair of hip waders ? LMAO- if they did it would put a lot of wader people out of busisness-
