I have seen posts that mention having to tune body grips but have not found a thread about how to do it. I have permission for land that has beaver and otter so I got a Bridger 330 but the trigger has a lot of slop in one direction. How do I make it crisp in both directions?

There is a lot of tuning that can be done. Its to much for me to type. I will see if I can find a post.

I finally found a couple of videos. After a bit of file work to the dog and a couple of hammer taps to the trigger I managed to get all the slop out. Funny thing is that out of the two videos I think the only thing they agreed on was you had to use a file.

Had to file the dogs on 3 doz. Dukie 330s a few years back - hair triggered and ANY current would set em off - bought a couple 330 Bridger before that and they would have let a beaver swim thru and never would have gone off - lucky I buy 330 combo replacement triggers by the doz. and just replaced them -- seem like all traps put out any more need tweekin -D-
