Slice maters 3/16" thick Egg wash Flour sal pepper Egg wash Flour salt pepper
Garlic powder if desired
Pan fry or deep fry.. we do both
Most impotant step when removed from frier and still piping hot. Sprinkle with parmesan
Figured good time of yr to throw this one in
We handle our zuchini and squash the same way

That is how I made them, and I like them that way, but it is an acquired taste. I will the only one in my household who liked them.
