frerotte: Sunday we got freezing rain and a 1/4" of ice on everything. Checked my beaver traps this morning and had a 49#er frozen in an inch if ice got it hanging and thawing now. skin later to night.

Law Dog: Sorry been busy with the plane crash here 24 hour security until they cleared the site, sad deal 4 generation of one family 9 dead and 3 injured. Sad deal for sure.

dtraper: Trappin- checked a place out.. friend bought some land that borders his , beavers got 1/4 flooded - set a few traps and caught 1 set a bunch more yesterday in runs [clouded] yesterday - don't think there is that many - cats/yotes next-D-

Law Dog: That fresh snow is drifting some but I can still get around, just need to redo sets when the metal detector gets here.

dtraper: Rain-sleet-snow back to rain - that little beaver job .. 2 blanket beaver and 2 big otter - not bad 3 day trap , 6 traps - made a big old pot of gumbo started cooking at 6AM finished at 4PM - canned 2 1/2 gallons and the boys and me ate 1/2 gallon-LOL-D-
