Never tried cat, I catch my share I have heard the female is better eating than an old tom. I may have to try the tenderloin this year will let you know....... if somebody post a good recipe.

roll them in flour and fry like deer back strap is what I was told and yes the young females are the best

I have had mountain lion ,it was done in a scampi sauce .It was really good(taste like chicken) lol ..I am sure bobcat would be the same.. bob o

i do my bobcats in a stew carrots,onion,potatoes, u now its preety tasty

I just cooked up some lynx last night and it was good! I fried it in olive oil and light seasoning, I would eat it again.

nise white meat,no wrong way to do.the big male couger i got was great,cut into small pieces,floured and fried,great.like sweet lean pork.LYNX WAS THE SAME.GO AT IT
