This is a favorite for all of us. It is hard to sit down and eat together when making this item as the kids eat them as soon as I pull them out of the fryer. This is very easy and very tasty.
1. Cut up deer steaks, chops or anything in about 1 inch cubes 2. Dip in Egg wash and then coat with seasoned bread crumbs 3. Depp fry meat at 350 for a few minutes or untill they are browned and they float to the top. 4. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with some garlic powder, or garlic salt. 5. Be prepared to make more than what you think as they are very tasty.
This can also be used with other meats but we like it best with venison.

We call it chislic here, we use pheasents, turkey and deer here to make it. Keeps what little moisture is in the meat rather then cooking it out of it!!

Broiling will help lock in alot of that moisture too.
also baking in a covered pan with a little water in the pan.
I have taking BBQ sauce and added water until it was not as thick... poured it into glass pan so its about 3/4-1inch deep. and then added seasoned venison steaks. slow cook with the pan covered. YUM!!!!

Just watch some lockers ask if you want tallow added because the venison is so lean but I have ground beef added to avoid the pasty taste tallow leaves in your mouth when the meat cools down!
