Well i did a video last night on how to skin a beaver. You tube won't let me edit the two movies together at the moment, so i will have to just post it in two parts until i can.

I would have liked to see that video 35 yrs ago. Good video! X2....What Deadwolf said!!!!! Chris...you impress the heck out of me.I think you missed your calling and should of been a teacher...I know the younger and newer trappers can only learn from you.Even tho I know what I'm doing..I don't think I could explain it as well as you can.....Your a credit to our sport....Great Video !!!!!!!!!

Geeez ewok - you sure know how to make a ugly redneck get a big head LOL.
Thanks for all the great comments fellas!! The next video will be handling castors and sac oil. Then after that i will be doing a fleshing video, and a boarding one. It will feel good to get these pesky beaver videos done LOL. They are definitely the most time consuming!!

Awesome !!! - I just know there gonna be in the archives when we need to refresh....... When i get all my videos done, i plan on putting them all in one post, and making it a sticky in the fur handling section for anyone to get on and review. I might not get into some furbears like weasel, squirrel, or marten, but i will try to get them all done eventually.

Just watched both of these with the kiddo's, they're ready for ice trapping now! Good show! That is the same knife I use clean skinning Lyonch, I do keep that one sharp.
