This feeds one happy trout hunter.
2-3 10" Cleaned Brookies(whole with skin on) Lemon slices (1 slice per fish) Dill Basil Butter (do not use fake stuff only the good stuff) Aluminum Foil
In the body cavity places 1 lemon slice and 1 pat of butter. Holding the cavity open sprinkle the Dill and Basil Wrap with aluminum foil and cook on the grill or in the oven (@350) for about 10 minutes (5 minutes per side)
Serve with a nice rice pilof of a fresh garden salad.
