Place the fillets into the pan with the butter and garlic and fry until fillets are flaky. Pour the garlic and butter onto the fillets Note: you can brush the garlic and butter onto the fillets if you desire less butter on your fillets. Top off fillets with a pinch of oregano Salt may be necessary pepper if desired (i usually don't add pepper) Enjoy!!
