fry them like you would fish is pretty hard to beat IMO

When I was a kid long time ago my grandfather would go frog gigging and would batter and deep fry them...yum........... fond memories granddad been gone forty years now.
my favorite was smoked duck gizzard no idea how he made them he would only do it at Christmas.

take and maranate (spelling) in Italian salad dressing over night then fry like you would chicken

Mother and I had some frog legs in MN on our trip west, they were good eatin'. Boy caught one last summer that you'd swear was feeding on hogs to get that big. Ma'd have nothing to do with cooking it, maybe this summer. Like everything else, tastes like chiken! Kind of.

Just go to the cafe here on Fri nite seafood buffet they got good big ones.

We always just skin the legs, batter them up with S/P and flour and pan fry them in lard, not cooking oil, we fry fish in lard also

Flour -salt-pepper and a little garlic powder,fry em up in bacon grease-D-
