I used to guide trout fishing trips, now, I hate trout fishing...figures.
Anyway, I used to come home with a 5 gallon bucket full of em, and cause nobody in my family liked it enough to want to pull out all the bones. I had to come up with some recipies.
Get some gutted trout, I like the skin, but if you don't like it, you can skin them
roll in flour,
chop up some onion,
salt and pepper to taset, I like to add some lemon pepper.
Fill up the stomach cavity of the trout with onion and salt and pepper.
fry...in butter...if you fry it right, you can pull the meat off the ribs pretty easy.
If you don't like fish, try that, teh more onion you add, the lass it tastes like fish, also, if you don't like onion, you can take it out after its done cooking, and you wont be able to taste it
