I use their blades in my Havalon scalpel knife I like the quick change to a new blade it's a time saver, it takes a bit to get the hang of it, the first week I cut both thumbs but learned quickly not to do that! LOL

I have the Havalon edge and Like it for the close work super sharp scalpel blades. I have about 8 different style beaver knives and a bunch of fixed blades (25-30 Mora knives) My fleshing knives are by Ron Post (3 of them) and I have several more of Ron's custom made knives. I sharpen everything in August and as they get dull I put them aside until I run out of them then I will sharpen them again. Couple of steels ready for touch up too.

Mark gave me one of them Wiebe scalpels when they first came out. I used it once and quickly put it away. After using the knives I've always used so it's hard to switch over. My biggest issue is with the length and shape. I like a longer knife with a good point, allows me to do the opening cuts on rats in one swipe. Poke through one side, out the other and pull back. Just an old cheap kitchen knife, works like a champ though. Bought an 8inch Victorinox I'm going to give a whirl this year.
