Hey dtrapper, I just did up a bunch of fox hollow superstakes today. I saw on Darin Freeborough's one DVD where he put 1/8 inch cable from the superstake to the chain. This eliminates having to weld the S hook. I have 12 inches of chain and about 4 to 5 inches of 1/8 cable.
I got a nice pair of Hit cable cutters, man are they nice! I have some pans from my #2 Bridger's to nightlatch and then I'll be dyeing them and then I'll wax all my traps and then I can start collecting my dirt to dry and mix with peat moss.
Hopefully, after that I'm gonna start my trapping shed and maybe I'll have it under roof by trapping season.
Still got lots to do though!
During all this, I'm applying to take the test here in Pa to get my permit for Animal Control... Just not enough time in the day!

warm enough now to boil and wax, I'll prune the walnut trees and use the leaves. If I don't get ready now I'll just go on anyway and prep as I set.
