You have taken a less than mediocre drag and turned it into something that works. Nice job. I prefer my drags to be a bit heavier though and would add some weight to it. This could be done by using a short length of tow chain ahead of the drag to help keep it on the ground, where it would have a better chance of"digging in" quickly. Fairly light weight drags tend to bounce over the ground and don't leave a trail that is as easily followed as a heavy drag.
