I hope they put in another "nice one" (culvert) for you also. I have been ripped off, trap and fur at too many culverts over the years.I get permission(more often than you'd think) and set back up the trails leading to the culvert.I believe I catch more fur doing this. There is a percentage of coons that go up over the road rather than through the culvert.

I stop,t by the culvert today. its probly a 48 in. plastic heavey tube with a 3ft. dropoff flowing a slow stedy streem into a two ft. deep hole damed up with rocks. so I pulled a big dead log up in it making a nice ramp for easy access for all the little fur balls to run up&down it and some big rocks about 5ft. in the tube with fish bait allover them, also put lots of bait on both sides of the road, I'll continue to bait&lure this for a couple weeks before I trap it

there is a trail about 15 ft. to the right , on the left is mostly rock so I cant find any signs there an its in a vally so its about 20ft. below the road I have to go 20yards down before you can get down to it with out breaking a leg. I hard to access it but its a productive spot I thought id make it better by adding that log, but im probly wasting my time. what do you think should I just blind set the trail or bait I'll take some pics and show you.

My thoughts is next step go to both sides and if there is a fence look for were there crossing under it[if legal 220] -- or go back down the wash both sides till you find a place were you can lay in a couple pocket sets or grab a few DP'S ,Daiblo's work great last thing I would try is load up a couple bait buckets- if there there they might be comming out way below like were your comming in-- believe it or not critters take the path of least resistance-IMO-D-
