if you are in a rural area i wouldnt worry about scent control cause the animal already knows your scent, heck just the other day i was helping my brother move a car and we were in an suburban neighborhood and a fox ran out in front of us and layed in the middle of the road and there were people cleaning their driveways and kids playing in yards not even a 100yds from him. and the only way he moved was because there was a cummins 2500 coming at him (me). the only time i would worry about scent control is when you are way off the beaten path out in the middle of no where, where people hardly ever go.
thats the advice i have been given and i have since caught a couple critters

new you want to see the thread named TEST
chest waders don't cover your scent in the first order.what will hurt you is gas, oils, lure and bait odors on the trap .
