ive heard of people taking them right out of the box and using them.
its a hole different ball game then that of footholds, i too look forward to seeing what the guys have to say abut this.

i have 2 of them one of them i used right out of the box the other one i spray painted white...the one that i used right out of the box rusted allot more than the other one but nothing serious..

I like salt and pepper, maybe a hint of garlic. Rememebr ketchup makes everything taste better.

didnt do any thing to mine beside paint and that just last till the first coon gets caught lol

I paint mine black and as stated first few coons shine them up but it does help with the rust.
