Lots of lures missing a lot of others so its hard to pick a favorite if it ain't here!! Not being a dip just can't pick it if its not here!

I agree with Jerry. I've only got one of the lures on your list and I don't use it a lot. Plenty of lures out there and they all have their place.

trapper365, I voted on the lure I like that you have listed. (Not my favorite, but its a very good lure and I use it as a change up)........... You may wanna look at the "Bait and Lure Review" section of this forum. I think it will help you some in your decision...

i've only used one of them and didn't really care for it.... You should look into back breaker by dobbins if you want versatile! its a beaver lure wich it dose good at i think but also my favorite for coon and also change up for yotes

Just listing the lure "makers" would take some time!! LOL Just off hand fox dope, K-9 call Hawbaker Widow Maker , plus the home brews that work great. 2x what Pasadena said "time and place for most"! If your using the same for most of the season it may be change up time!! A person should have several favorites to go to in case its needed so your not stuck without another go-to lure! I have my favorites and always pick up a new change up every year to use as a backup and it can become a favorite in the future!! IMO

Is this poll for which one tastes the best? Because I'm not certain Minnscott has sampled them all!
Myself, I haven't used any of them.....yet. Makes one realize that there sure are alot of luremakers!

i can't vote as i only use my lures .if i don't have faith in mine why bother putting them on the market.if i want use mine why should some else .
now i have during testing during the summer tested my lures against other top name brand lures as i strive to be one of the top dogs out there because i do not want to rip the trapper off by putting out junk.

I can't vote trapper......I have not used any of the lures you posted. Trapping in Maine in the late 70's to early 80's I used Stanley Hawbakers Red Fox Gland Lure 100, and I think 400, mostly just used fresh muskrats!!!! Here in Virginia, I have used Mark Junes Widow Maker and was very pleased with it for reds and greys. I have used Southern Lures Fox Pro Cherry and highly recommend this. It works for reds, greys, beaver, coon, and rats. I look forward to a report on those lures you use this fall.

I have only used K-7 from that list, and i was not impressed by it at all. I had coyotes walking right by my sets when i used that stuff. I switched to my "go to" lure, and they stopped walking right by and actually worked the set.

like lyonch said no two lures are the same and what works one year may fail the next or what works in one area may not work in another...your best bet is get a oz and do some mock test before buying a large amount
i have tried dobbins back breaker with zero results here .was the lure worthless NO i think that over time they came in contact with it from another trapper.there could be several reasons that lure failed but one thing i do be leave it was not the lure at fault
