Bill & I discussed this trap over the phone today and I have had it 40 years and going to trade it for more traps along with some odd extras I had and I hate getting rid of it,but hey TRAPS come and go and I want the extra traps,plan on running at least 150 if possible on three ranches,,dang,my lands,but anyway!! Larry What's it Worth boys? ?

Larry, What you have there is a Cosey Killer trap which was made from 1959 to 1973 in NYS and used for muskrats and mink sized animals. The Trailsend traps are a long-spring type of trap with very long jaws and pan. The Cosey Killer came in two models the swim bar model and yours the pan model. Your trap should have "COSEY PATENT NO. 2711707" on the base and sometimes the pan. As to value, depending on its overall condition, $20. to $75. *

put it on ebay. some collector may be looking for that willing to pay allot...you never know
